Message	as the coils slide past the inside step that centers the spring. This is where you will find most of the wear occuring. I doubt highly that they will "wear out" though. Just be prepared to see a little sparkle in the oil. Doesn't bother me at all, I think of it as a self-relieving process as the parts break themselves in.
